These trucks easily sell for $13K+. This is a LOT of truck for the money. The back seat and maybe the front seat needs to be replaced (or recovered?). The back seat was used to carry tools so if you plan to use it as a worktruck and don't need passengers at the back, it's the truck for you. Seats are cheap for these trucks. You can even get the folding ones. Prices for back seats ranges from $200-$600 depending if you want fabric or leather.
The bed has a cargo liner that has seen a fair amount of use but still has lots of life.
